It was at Trilogy where Cyrus met – and shared a desk with – ZocDoc founder Nick Ganju.Ī native of Florida, Cyrus also worked at Disney World, where he gained firsthand insight into the importance of excellent customer service – a learning he later implemented at ZocDoc which is central to the company’s operation today.Ĭyrus currently resides in Manhattan. During the prior year, he worked in Austin, Texas, for Trilogy Software, which recruited Cyrus upon his graduation, cum laude, from the Wharton School.
